Do You Qualify for a Simplified Divorce?

To qualify for this process, you and your spouse must meet all of the following criteria:
. No Children: You have no minor or dependent children together, and the wife is not pregnant.
. Mutual Agreement: Both spouses agree the marriage is irretrievably broken and cannot be saved.
. Property & Debt: You have already agreed on how to divide all assets and liabilities, and both are satisfied with the division.
. No Alimony: Neither spouse is seeking spousal support (alimony).
Residency: At least one of you has lived in Florida for the past six months prior to filing.
. Rights Waiver: Both parties are willing to give up the right to a trial and the right to appeal.
